ok, if u got familiar ppl lookin after for u, then no worries. cos the pty bubble here sooner or later will burst, juz like in shanghai...cos the pty prices n the annual income dun tally lah!! like they always say, all chinese got a money tree growing in their backyard...or they must have had some gold bars hidden underground! if not how can u explain how the hell they afford all these houses?!
