If I remember correctly it is open 24 hours. When I was there in December there was only one girl who speaks English (if that matters to you) and she worked until 8 pm--I think she told me that she worked either a 10 or 12 hour shift.
Of course a lot of things change very quickly in Korea. Recommend that you call ahead. I had the hotel concierge make an appointment. She said that there were dogs barking in the background and asked me how I heard of the place. I acted shocked and told them that a friend recommended me and that I hoped it wasn't going to be the "other kind of massage place".
