Just to add for those not been there before. Most of these "local bars" actually have much higher BFs (often 2000-3000p) than those bars owned by AngMos. I have not personally been to many of these local run bars so not 100% sure if they are charging foreigners more than locals, but from a few locals I use to know they say they are usually charge more also at these bars
Yes, Calapandayan area bars can be reached easily using the same blue jeepney from Olongapo as they 1st past all the bars in Barrio Barr. then Baloy and several Km later will reach Calapandayan.
And yes, these bars are much closer to Subic as you are traveling away from Olongapo and approaching Subic.
