I travel to the PI mainly for work and not mongering so I usually plan my trips away from the peak periods..... dun want to fight with the crowds..... and the Annual Hot Air Balloon Festival is one of the times AC is most crowded.
Visitors actually have to pitch tents or sleep in the open fields by the airbase due to shortage of rooms...
