as long as its not super small like AAA or super big like Z then it should be alright. if a surgery is done well, and there are no health concerns, and it looks and feel natural, then it's okay for me.
it's genetics that determines your physical appearance. but due to society defining what beauty is, people turn to surgery or make up or other means to beautify themselves. but what's important is in the sub-communication rather than the material, superficial level.
