Most rapist happen to have psychopathic tendecies, which is defined by emotions (in particular reduced fear), stress tolerance, lacking empathy, coldheartedness, lacking guilt, egocentricity, superficial charm, manipulativeness, irresponsibility, impulsivity and antisocial behaviors such as parasitic lifestyle and criminality. With such shallow degrees of emotions and thought, you think the rapist would care about his difficulties in penetration?
He will encounter them. He just wouldn't care. In fact, the more difficult it is, the more it arouses psychopaths like him.
