How to tell u,depends on where is the house mah.There buy house not the same as sg one ho,there must buy the red book one ho.Then must bribe here bribe there,give kopi money here and there and lots of document to wait and sign one ho.
She will tell u 50k but later say 10k for red book and 5k to bribe officer.Then say red book no come,must pay 5k again.So how to tell u?
