I don't really agreed, this type of high end theme park not much vietnamese can afford, I think a 1 day visit with family of 4 might cost them whole 1 month salary, afterall I believe it still need to attract foreigner. That reminded me when I visited Nha trang Vinpearland with my bx (then gf) in 2010 new year day, just the queue to the cable car took us almost an hour & I think the tourist ratio between local & foreigner are 50-50. Vinpearland was also the place I proposed to my bx, right ambience & timing, a truly world class resort.
