i see...actually i can almost differentiate the accent...
recently met up with my vb frm cc and her fren tag along...the moment her fren spoke, knew she was frm north and later verified that she frm Hanoi...
told her the way she talk sound exactly the same as my jbp vb...
not sure if right but those northern accent bit more "manly" ?the tone is stronger whereas the southern are higher pitch..
(correct me if i am wrong)..
