It goes to show a few things:

1) Man's feeling of domination & power over a weaker female...
2) Maids are easy targets. (Even high class types)
3) Sex with maids, if considered as a pervert act, tops all pervert acts in terms of prevalent.
4) ... and most of all, guys just want free sex, ease of getting it, don't want responsibilities, and nearby access. Can't get these type of sex anywhere else!
