If one is suffering from pre-mature ejaculation, what one can to do is to ask a Doctor/Urologist and get a drug call "Priligy".

It works by regulating the hormone serotonin. You have to take it over time because there is a loading period. That means that you cannot take it 15 minutes before sex and expect it to work. You have to take it over a few days.

It is a approved drug and is totally legal in Singapore. Discuss it over with the doctors today over how it's used and if you should use it. You will last longer in bed.

Drugs like "Ecstasy" messes with the hormone Dopamine. Dopamine is a reward hormone. That means that it is one of the hormones released after orgasm. If you already have elevated levels of Dopamine, you may find trouble "cumming"/"orgasing". Sex may not be very fulfilling if you experiment with "Ecstasy".
