In today's New Paper there is a sad true story of a Malaysian Chinese taxi driver. He is 52 years old if I remember. He married a Vietnamese girl, he found from a Vietnamese bride marriage agency in Malaysia. He said he chose her because she is the most beautiful girl they have. He used his EPF (Malaysian version of CPF) to the tune of SG$7 000 over if I remember. His marriage was hell from the get go. He described her as money grubbing. She evaded sexual intercourse with him by pushing a huge stuffed teddy bear at him when he tried to come near. She bit his ear. She left him leaving only the teddy bear and her Vietnamese passport behind. He went back to the marriage agency to try to get his money back but was rebuffed. She is believed to be still in Malaysia.

The complaints department which is handling his case said his was the worst one they have dealt with. They mentioned a few syndicates have been working in cahoots with such marriage agencies in Malaysia to supply Vietnamese brides. After marriage the Vietnamese brides behave badly according to their evil plan. Then the Vietnamese brides run away.

Any one who has read this article please comment. Appreciated... I do not know of such things happening in Singapore. I did not marry a Vietnamese or China woman. I am such a busybody.
