My take is 'Patience' ...
First of all I guess we have to ask ourself whether are we will to adapt to them , if Yes, I believe they will change to adapt themselves to us ... If we are NOT at the first place ... why should they change ... so it alwasy take 2 hands to clap ... we cannot be idealist only want them to change and we don't change ...
I always believe that Vietnamese will adapt to us more faster and easy than we adapting to them ...
