1) Should be around few hundred baths, to play safe get from the counter once you had arrived after immigration.

3) Beside Lee Garden there is one nearby....come out from you hotel (Lee Garden , KFC behind you now) turn left walk down then you will see Grand Plaze Hotel go further then there is a lane going in...bingo, Pink Lady.
Walk straight in and up the stairs then you will see Pink Cafe...ignore it turn left go up the stairs then there is a fishtank....the rest of the details asks the mamasan there, she will tell you.
