This type of place is over-rated definitely. Taipei is not an easy place to cheong and also is an expensive place to cheong. Empire is so popular is because ppl do not know where to go. In fact there are many this type of KTVs in Taipei. There are also lots of Japanese KTV in LinShengBei Lu. Its better to sian girls in clubs although the hit rate is not high. I find the charges in entertament spots in Taipei is crazy. Definitely not worth it.
