Hardware is better than Empire. This is 不回穿制服店 and damage is NT2000/hour/pax. They had 12 years Singleton or MaCallun. Empire KTV type of establishment is plentiful in Taipei. Most of them are in LinShengBei Road area. There is one new one that open just a couple of month ago. Very popular now coz the girls are very young and pretty. But the girls dun strip. charges is the same 2000NT for one hr and min is 2 hrs. The place is call Da Fu Hao and is located in the intersection of LinShengBei Road and Nong An Street. Ask a taxi driver to bring you there.
