if base on 12k sgd,then it is abt 200 million vnd....its possible to buy house at the village of a certain province....ur friend is not able to be registered as the owner of the house..
but why shld ur friend buy that house???

of cos not every gals also out to cheat money...for instance,my properties in Vietnam also under my wife's name,and in fact,tks to it,i actually make some from the property market.
but ur friend case is simply ridiculous....know that gal for a few months,come to Vietnam twice,then wants to buy a house for that gal???
tell ur friend not to be rash and let time answer all doubts....if that gal is serious abt him,even if he dun buy the house,the gal will still love him....if the gal is not serious abt him,the gal will just basically throw tantrums at him everyday n use other ways to "force" ur friend in buying the house.....n when ur friend eventually buys,the gal will also not leave him.she will keep on "forcing" ur friend to buy other things....but the best part is,the gal might have another lover staying together with her when ur friend is not around.
