she's coming in to work as WL at ktv. as bro shysaint said, if i go there and bring her in, i am her reference as stated on the DE card and if being her mere reference doesn't implicate me and make me held for liabilities, then i consider going... the risk is if she get caught and the authority invite me for a coffee session to aid in investigation.
again, i will never ever be her gurantor/sponsor, which requires me to write in and apply to ICA. that i will never ever do it. NEVER!
