My first time going to Danok soon, but don't want HM to know I'm there. Any idea if my Malaysia mobile will have international dial tone or it will still be on Malaysia mobile network? I'm on Maxis. Sorry to have to post here but don't know where else to go for guidance.

Plus, what is a LT rate there, and where to get a SYT who likely is genuine and won't rob me in my sleep?

Lastly, I need to grab a minivan back to Penang to catch my flight at 10:30pm Sunday. What is the fastest and most reliable mode of transport?
