Although the watches i buy for her are not too expensive, around $200 to $400 for one, but she will find reasons to change watch every 6 months or so. After she change watch, her `old' watch will be given to her sister when we meet her in Saigon, and she does all these behind my back. I will only realise when i see her sister wearing her watch. Initially i will question her, and it will always lead to arguments. Nowadays, i just keep quiet but try my best to prevent her from changing watches so often.

Wow, that's kind of comforting to me. The most expensive thing i bought for her so far is a pirated LV bag cost sgd 70 which she like alot, bcos she understand real LV bag cost sgd2xxx+.
Now she wants a galaxy S to replace her nokia old model phone. Maybe I am too stingy, ya.

It is better to change usd/sgd in vietnam. Best if u know the ppl/boss from the money changing shop. That's what my gf do for me. She bring me way into the office and ask a particular guy to change for me instead of approaching ppl from the counter, who probably give me a typical exchange rate.
