Guys, flu usually comes with cough n sore throat too, try drink lots of warm honey to smooth your throat and honey has lots of benefits but do remember do not add honey into hot water nor use a metal spoon to stir with it yah.
If its too troublesome, home made barley is also good, keep drinking them like taking normal water, brings the body temperature down.
