I don't mind to pay the fare amount shown on the meter which has not been illegally modifiied to go faster. I remember that time, which was my first time in Vietnam when I wanted to go to Dist 5 from Dist 1, the meter reading was going so fast that I could not actually read individual figure on the display. I paid at less 6 times more than the normal rate.
Now a day, I never bother to take any ride in a taxi cos already know so many Vb there. They are more than happy to take me as pillon rider.
