In fact, I've planned to go to Batam on this Wednesday. So I called my taxi driver over there to reserve room. He told me I'll probably be disappointed, he explained usually 3 days before Hari Raya, all the FL spot will be quiet. Only 10% of the WL spot will be open working (only using back door relationship), those are the usual "left over" veg. He had since advice me to go some other time. I chose to go next Friday. Again he mention maybe by then, 70% of the WL will be return. FL zone usually got money, and will rest further a bit. Imagine, CHINESE taxi driver also reject the business because they're so pro to know that they will need to ferry you too many around during the festive period.... But bro, like what you said, already booked range, difficult to cancel sia... So Cheong Ahh... Hope that next TGIF come early.
