Last time I thought no probem so long as they are not overstayers. Witnessed a raid at BL many mths ago, con gai got roundeed up and shouted at. passports checked, and then everything back to normal. Con gai continued to work. Probably becos they were deemed not "employed" by the pubs. Seems things have changed....
