Good hotels are stricter than small hotels. They will insist you register the girl after 11pm. Service apartments are safer than hotels. Another safer way is to do it during day time, either girls from okts or ktv girls. Most ktv girls would not go with you after 11pm. You can however get her number and ask her to come to your hotel next day.
