I have been in HCMC for my forth TET and I only been to Nguyen Hue for the Flower Festival.
Beside that drink, eat sleep... nothing much to do... As for Dao bao Con Gais, This is the TIGER YEAR and I rather not taking any risk to offend the TIGER,
Anyway, if I want to play, I need not go to HBT la, there are many others places rather than District 1 which is much cheaper....
