The Malaysian contingent didn't turn up because the EXACT location and name of the shop was not given ..... only a vague location called " Stulang Area, outside Zon Regency Hotel" ...... how to find as there are so many seafood/tom yum shops located outside the Zon Regency Hotel ..... also the H/p no. of the S'pore contingent was not given ... so how to contact ????
