I posted this before a few pages ago but think will post again.

越南语言与文化

Taught by a Vietnamese (from HCM) who is married to a Taiwanese and now teaching in the language centre in a Taiwan Uni. I find her lessons very helpful as she starts from the foundation like the individual alphabets pronounciation, the ping1 ying1 etc.

(One thing about learning TV though... This is from my Hanoi girl, so I don't know how true it is... She says.. Hanoi's TV can be understood by all Vietnamese across the country, but HCM's TV can only be understood by Vietnamese who only learnt HCM's TV. Again, this is what she said (and she's from Hanoi) so I don't know how true it is.)
