Frankly I dont think any particular country gals are good or not good, it all depends on chemistry. I have good or bad ones in Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, etc... But currently I have a very good one in Taiwan, hook up in a pub. She is a bit plump about 24 yo, but she gives very good head. So assuming you dont like BJ, then you would say she is bad. So at the end of the day, is chemistry and whether you and the gal can click, and what she does is hitting your right spot. Just a personal opinion. But overall, the Korean gals are the best looking, and pretty rough, China gals are too materialistic. As for Viet gals, I used to have a FB who works for the local airline.... Cheers and have fun.
