Actually MOST don't realised the fact that they may get information MUCH FASTER by just being slightly hardworking a bit, reading back a few pages won't hurt you at all.....sigh.....

Instead they rather post "Please recommend", "Tell me this"....ETC and wait for replies, if no replies forthcoming they will then complain we are not helpful, bully them, forum not good...ETC or.............many many excuses as long they don't have to do any extra work and are spoon-fed the info they want....

I was told during one of my lessons in life from my mentor (nevermind who he is ), the reason the new generation behaves such a way is indirectly caused by the older generation, we actually raised our kids in a world where all information is almost instantaneous, not only that there are no clear generation-heirachy kind of thing, the student talks to the principal directly when there is a problem, the person-looking-for-job writes direct to the CEO for a position....ETC in simple words they just WANT THINGS FAST
