Nice of you to share the webbie.. went thru the site, most of them are all 4 star hotels which are not girl-friendly unless bros here are willing to spend to book another room in order to bring their girl back.. There are also a few 3 star hotels to choose from but I am not sure if they are girl-friendly cos its up to the hotel management's discretion..
The hotels that the guys here frequent are not featured in these websites as they are 3 star or below but girl-friendly.. hotel conditions would be similar to H81 standard..
There is this Sophia hotel in the 2nd page of the webbie you recommended, was also recommended by Bro Asiancigar a few pages back.. The rate advertised is USD44, but I think I read somewhere

pages back that you can get it at a cheaper rate..
My personal feel:
Nhat Ha (Le Thanh Ton)- very accessible, lots of hair salons to choose from..
Sunflower (Bui Thi S***)- In D1, number of hair saloons to choose from..
Both @ USD30 per night and proven girl-friendly by many happy brothers spending nights bonking away including me
