Crime rate is increasing in HCMC especially in the area of Snatch and Grab Theft. A close personal friend had backpack snatched right out of hands. In the bag contained, Macbook Pro, money, handphone, camera, Credit cards etc...
BE CAREFUL OF YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS WHEN YOU ARE IN HCMC!!!
