I think tips is very subjective... If you are satisfied with the service, you will tend to tips more..
I ever went to Disco with one of business associate, he tipped the security VND100K for lighting a cigarette for him.
There was another incident that another friend who i went disco with was tipping all the securities and PRs from the time he step into the then "Ozone". 2 JW Gold Label each night and every night for at least a few months. If you know of any "Ozone" staffs, they sure will remember this Taiwanese man.
One brother in this thread was also a good tipper to the extend of tipping VND100K each to 4 bartenders in one night.
Singaporean do tip like SGD2000 for a dinner meal with my friend who work as Mama-san without engaging in any sexual activity.
