You can give a try at Vien Dong Hotel, Rona Msg or Dainam Hotel (Gossip). Other cheaper alternatives are like Monica, Minh Tam and Festival ... Service is pretty standard as wat you get from Caesar, but I find the gers there are more syt. Just my 2-cent comments.
