Apparently, clubs like Areana, Double O and even Butter Factory is very popular to Viets, Kazahs, Indon and Chinese students. These girls are out to play and being immerse in the Singapore enviroment, they can communicate with you, laugh at your jokes and maintain their charm of being Vietnamese, indons etc...
So my personal advice is please don't come here. It is really waste time. The goods are really in our own backyard already!

New Asia Bar , the highest bar in Singapore on the 71st floor on Thursdays- 1 bottle of Moet is only $75 sing dollars nett. Double O, 3 dollar carlsberg beers still available- the catch is the cover charge at $25 Sing, even Zouk, during happy hour or their 1 to 1 mid night madness, you are paying about $7 sing for a beer or hard liqour. In terms of bottle prices, the cost of 1 bottle at a disco in Singapore is about $180to $250. For some place like balaclava, bar stop, Zirca and even Arena you can get it for $150.I compare the environment and service and company i get and i feel i get value in Singpaore.
Back in HCMC, the common singaporean hangouts like royale or catwalk is charging $100,000VND a glass of whisky which is about 9 bucks sing. Not cheap at all. What i think is value for money in Vietnam is beer. The prices of beer here is really affortable.
In terms of nightlife, my sense is that HCMC is overpriced for the quality that the city provides. Regionally, they can't match up to BKK and even with Singapore as a comparison, HCMC becomes very "not worth it ah" when we talk value.

BKK member clubs definitely gives you value for money. I find liquor prices in HCMC are almost on par if not even more expensive than Singapore. Not my kind of ideal price I could get in BKK.
No doubt local brews like 333 beer is really cheap but tastes very diluted. LOL.
