Personally, my favourite is 97 (i dunno how to spell the address something like ngyuen thi minh khai but u tell the cabbies 97 / d&d mostly they will know), as the music and laser is superb.
The girls who cheong there are mostly viet students who came back from overseas studying/working so alot of them can speak better english / well dressed. So u can communicate the girls better.
And the henessy promoters there are very pretty.
Minus point about there is that there's alot of stuck up ppl / hao lian viet kuis just because they are richer and more educated, and the managers got poor services.
Costs of drinks are on high end based on my personal gauge. 1 Bot Martell with mixer and fruits will costs about SGD $200.
