My View
I think your madam being pregnant will put you in a better position as compared to non-pregnant. This is because, your marriage will be deemed to be "more genuine" compared to many other Sing-Viet marriages. As we know, many such scam marriages are around. Their bet is that the fake couple will not go to the extent of having a child for the immigration passes.
My experiences
For myself, after ROM i applied both the LTSVP and PR. The LTSVP(one-year) was given but the PR(at this time not pregnant) was rejected. I was told to try again 6 months later....
6 months later tried applied PR again (At this time pregnant)....Got the PR after the usual processing time....
Other Factors
However, I do not think that they look at just your wives pregnancy as a gauge of whether to approve the PR. This is just one of the factor that will add or minus some points. I have a friend whose wife has been arrested for change of passport without declaring on the "white card". She was subsequently charged and had to do time for 3 mths for immigration offences. She was allowed to get married and was given short-term pass that had to be renewed every now and then. Even though her child is coming to 3 yrs old now, they still reject her PR application...
So, I guess they look at a combination of factors before they pass the verdict and its not just based on a woman's pregnancy alone - although i feel being pregnant does help a little.
Hope that my personal and friend's experiences help you in some way!
Cheers!
