If she is working as a cashier in NTUC, than she is most probly a PR already as Vietnamese are generally not on the list of approved work permits for service sectors, moreover I do not think the salary scale for the cashiers will fall under EP or S-Pass category.
This means high chance that she already has a husband in Sinkapore so please leave her alone.
