i myself got involved in relationships with WLs before. i agree with most of the post except that the percentage of rich families in big cities like HCM should be much higher than 0.01%.
if you guys want to find decent ladies, better stay away from places like disco, bars, etc. a woman with normal career and life doesn't usually party there (generally)
