Yes, the viet girls love to make sex without condom, they like it more
. This is reflected by the amazingly high rate of mechanical abortion. I know of several girls that consider perfectly normal to go to hospital to abort two or three time a year, by succion.
Anyway, only the black people and the homosexuals have AIDS according to them, so they do not bother. Most vietnameses have no clue as what's a virus, a bacteria or a disease at all. They do not understand the concept of 'diseases' or 'contagious'.
For the HIV tests, do not trust them in Viet Nam. I went several times in hospital, first they are not stored properly, too hot, and second many hospitals draw the blood with a syringe, put the name with a stick on the syringe, recap it and that's done. I will not make a biology lesson here, but the syringe, and the lack of coating of the plastic inside the syringe change drastically the blood composition, leading to false positive or more frequently false negative.
Another thing, many viet gals cannot be pregnant anymore. Either after having born their first child, or as a result of Chlamydia fallopian tube clogging. Long to explain, but that's amazingly common. Infection + chlamydia = sterility. I know of many that suffer from that problem. Chlamydia according to a doctor from a viet hospital is "standard". They consider it as a minor infection, where in fact is is a major concern. I think that now I would not marry a girl that is not pregnant with me in Viet Nam, if I want a family for sure. Sexual promiscuity developed chlamydia sterility up to a major level. If you want to schedule your baby in an hospital with egg succion and in vitro fecundation, go for it
If you do not use a condom for a couple of months, and your fal is not pregnant, think sterility first before thinking she takes medecine. Most viet gals never take medecine to prevent pregnancy, first they do not think about it, second they think it is unsafe or dangerous, third, it is too expensive compared to a simple abortion (40.000 VND in a public hospital).

Maybe I know one or two, but most are very clever and can manage a family + lovers. I have seen it countless times.
