Havent been to Sinchon. But I suppose u can approach any girls in the pub. Most of them are friendly but if u cant speak Korean then u would have a problem. If time is not a concern, u can head to a pub known as JJ Mahoney in Grand Hyatt. There are lots of girls there esp in the weekend. Most if not all can speak English. U can find some fine gems there.
