1) Most taxi driver can speak a bit of English
2) Two pins round plug...some hotel do provide...you can always borrow.
3) Normally I dun bother to change USD in Sin. Just bring SGD to HCM to change at the goldsmith shop.
4) You should PM your local Vn number to those samsters who are stationed there and they will call/reply you when they chiong. Read thru the golden rules and intro yourself to them.
