The IO WILL NOT give you any concrete reply as it will not be up to him to decide. The reason she is still allowed to stay in Sinkapor is becos she is a prosecution witness and hence will be till the case have been heard & tried.

The sad part is that she will be definitely be deported & banned as this is a criminal offence that carries a mandatory jail term and not something minor (altho it is not her that is being charged). The MHA carries a very dim view of corruption in Sinkapor especially in the public sector.

You will also faced problems later in trying to apply for any SVP/LTVP/PR....etc as she will be listed under "undesirables".

BTW just an additional piece for you to ponder over, sometimes love is blind but there will be situations where you will be forced to take a reality check, like right now , there are many here with vietnamese spouses and which I am sure will be most willing to introduce a virtuous vietnamese village girl relative to you as long as you can provide her with a good life, look beyond to the forest dear bro........
