Their Internet rates are ex and similar to their walk-in rates, try getting somebody local there to book for you, last year I got my counterparts there to book for me at USD39 but was at the main one near Ben Thanh.
Now even with my months of advance booking nearly got no room at Sunflower last month cos the idiot staying in my allocated room wanted to extend his stay last minute
When are you going again?????
