Another ML regained full memory during 2nd RTM when she returned from China. Obviously it is tisiao... if not it is selective memory cos others things can remember so vividly. I am not sure what is the rationale, does she expect the same frequency of visits with reduced engagement, or she thinks that the customer will once again try to visit until get back the same level? Just put her on lower priority and I reckon she wouldn't be bothered to even "remember". She is one of the MLs who is smart and just looking for simps, though in the beginning I felt she was entitled to do so.
