Agree with you, because I do allow too.
But luckily so far, if personal one the ML will ask. Else it's just business confirming timeslot and rarely a chat-up to chio customer to come. They gotta earn their money¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
Bonus is sometimes out of no where can get 'free' service, which I am fortunate enough to get a few BJ and 2 FJ
