Contacted L*** A***** for a booking on Saturday. Once confirmed booking, went down to the location. OKT made me wait for 10 minutes, okay never mind. After 10 minutes, I was given all clear to go up to the room. Knocked on the door, had to wait for 5 minutes for the lady to open the door. The lady looks 0% close to the pictures, some more she still told me she is not that lady I'm looking for and told me to tell the OKT.

Told OKT about it and he said let him check. Made me wait another 15 - 20 minutes. By this point I already lost my mood, and I told him I was leaving. OKT still told me that he talked to the lady and I can go back to find her. No apologies or anything. Saturday was spoilt
