actually just take any cab driver that you can communicate with at the harbour, nego for fix price of 200-300k per day max
budget 200 sgd per day, excluding room fee.
can makan, drink at pubs, find massage joints, play poker in room, etc.
limted night life, just drinking and lum gals chit chat.
