Think of it as a landlord POV. if you can’t find a suitable tenant and rent it out for the month, why not keep some extra Kopi money? After all they know what’s going on. Just that if it’s your first time, always insist on COD and have a look at the actual apartment before paying.
When I was still with my FB, I usually bring a big towel for the bed (hygiene purposes) and have a look if there are any spycams hidden in the room.
The only issue? Their Chinese is tough to comprehend (especially for keywords)
