More often than so, I believe it’s the take back earnings for them. Some offers better percentage of earnings for the ladies, some take more comms, and rental is also one of the factors for the ladies to switch stables.. as to them, they are here to earn money, rental and commissions are cost to the ladies.. really depends on their “sales” if they command higher sales aka AP, they have more bargaining chips with the stables..
I think it’s not so much of how popular each stable are.. it’s more of the contract behind which entails with the amount of money the lady earns..
